Honeypot Cottage can be found in the rural village of Falkenham.

Our holiday home provides guests with a cosy and rural retreat, nestled amidst the unspoilt Suffolk Countryside and close to the popular seaside town of Felixstowe. 

The holiday cottage is located on our 1200 acre farm and is attached to our 17th Century Grade II listed farmhouse. It can sleep up to 4 people and has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard. We offer guests modern amenities along with many original features such as wooden beams and exposed brick work.

Outside the holiday cottage is a sunny enclosed garden with lawn, patio, garden furniture and barbeque. Guests can also access the garden from the French doors in the lounge. From the garden there is also access to a meadow where there is an enclosed pond. 

Honeypot Cottage is an ideal base for walking, cycling, bird watching, sea and coarse fishing, golf and sailing. The surrounding area can be easily enjoyed by a number of footpaths, including those to the River Deben and Felixstowe Ferry.
